Noodles 30 mm

This is a favorite amongst the country folk and farmers of the Xian province. It is a wide, thin and slippery noodle. The wide surface area is a pro at absorbing all the flavors of a sauce. At it’s simplest, it is tossed with a soy and sesame oil sauce with chili flakes. Add tofu, mushrooms or toss it with your favorite hearty meat ragu. Extremely versatile noodle.
